Jerry and the rest of the service department are top notch! They earned a customer away from a competitor for sure!!!! Another dealership service dept gave me the runaround on a battery swap on warranty and said it was a long drawn out process and I’d have to leave my car a couple days but Jerry had it and a recall done in about an hour. Do not hesitate to take your car to him.

I live in Katy. This is not the closest or most convenient kia dealership to go to for me. But it's the only nine I go to because I always recieve top notch customer service.
